This coworking space encompasses a modern facility designed to accommodate various work styles and business needs. Opened in 2019, The Preserve focuses on fostering a productive atmosphere for its members. The facility offers a mix of private offices, dedicated desks, and hot desks, providing flexibility for both solo entrepreneurs and small teams. Workstations and Meeting Rooms

The conservation of space is prioritized at The Preserve, which features multiple types of work areas tailored to different requirements. Members can choose from 20 private offices, 30 dedicated desks, and around 50 hot desks that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The private offices are particularly appealing for small teams and freelancers who require a dedicated work environment free from distractions. These offices vary in size and can accommodate anywhere from one to four individuals, allowing for customization based on team dynamics.
